Hello everyone,
We will be having the year end potluck again next month on March 8th. We are still looking for people to help us organize and do set up on the day of the event. It will take place after the skill-a-thon, at the Stewart Community Centre as usual, from 4-6pm. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are available to help and then we can organize the tasks. Without enough volunteers, we may not be able to run the event.
This year we won’t be having a sign up sheet for the potluck items. We trust that it will all work out as usual.
An event in Snowline has been created for people to sign up so we can get an idea of attendance. Please sign up no later than March 2nd. It is on the home page under the events category.
